Probably they had a team debugging this "PS2 classics" before publishing them, and some bugs bypassed them because obviouslly they was not playing all games completly in all modes, unlocking all side missions, etc.īut in general.P.s.
Incase the game had some problem (even f it was very small) sony decided to not publish it because it doesnt reachs the "sony quality standards" when they sells the game as "PS2 clasic" they are selling a product that is supposed to work 100% fine as it was working in the original PS2

I bet there are lot of games that was not published in PSN just because the actual owner of the license is a company that doesnt exist (so there is no owner of the license to deal with), or because they refused to publish them in PSNĪnd there are other games that was not posible to publish in PSN because doesnt runs 100% fine using the PS3 emulator named ps2_lf The games that was published as "PS2 classics" in the store are the ones that fullfills this requirements:ġ) the actual owner of the game license signed a agreement with sony to publish it in PSN for PS3Ģ) the game runs perfect using the PS3 emulator named ps2_lf
